I led the strategy, content and build for the reimagined Voyager Health Hub — a sleek, centralized site that delivered a targeted experience based on each visitor's hospital brand. Built in collaboration with internal teams and Rhapsody Media, the result was an intuitive, consistent and tailored experience from the first click to the final scroll.

Built the veterinary world, this playbook was the leash that kept our brand on point. I led the creation, from nose to tail, crafting a guide that helped every pack member show up with one voice. Accomplished in close partnership with Rhapsody Media.

From script to screen, I distill big ideas into bite-sized beats.


Leading the creation of program videos, I brought clarity, heart and a bit of flair to complex initiatives. From casting the perfect voiceover talent to creative direction, I kept the tape rolling down to the last pixel and pawprint, including agency wrangling, scripting, producing and in-house editing. I wrote this targeted email campaign to speak directly to different age groups by matching the tone, content and call-to-action to each member persona. Every email led to a custom landing page that I helped bring to life with our web team.

Reminders to not let those vacay days collect dust.

This email series was designed to give owners a friendly nudge to book the travel packages they purchased. I crafted the copy to drive action without pressure so they can turn their paid-for trip into booked memories.

Not your average member benefit promo emails.

I wrote these member benefit emails to serve up announcements of new owner perks, with just the right tone. The emails were tailored to membership type and designed to get clicks (and maybe a frozen drink

or two).
